Our items are individually hand crafted.  Production time is 1 week - 10 business days from receipt of payment and picture(s). Orders are shipped out after this time and a notification that your order has shipped.
~ All orders ship using Canada Post to you local post. If you would prefer another service, please contact us and we would be happy to get a rate for you.

~ Orders are shipped either Tracked Packet or Expedited Parcel, 4 -6 Business Days. Tracked and fully insured. If you need it faster, please contact us for a quote on XpressPost (2-3 days) or Priority (overnight).
